I'm Just Happy To See You

 

This is one of a handful of good shots I got from Carlsbad this summer.  I screwed up by not bringing a tripod.  I had my fastest lens, but my hit rate on reasonably sharp photos was still maybe 50%.  They allow tripods, but I didn't bring one because I've been in the cave many times and I knew it would be a pain in the ass for me and a nuisance for other visitors.  Next time, screw 'em.  ;-)  It's just too target-rich an environment to not have what I need.
