St. Paul's Methodist Church

Another shot from St. Paul's in downtown Houston. I took this shot just after the sun had cleared the horizon and was casting a nice golden light.  There's quite a bit of perspective distortion going with this one from the wide angle lens and the fact that the camera direction was oblique to the face of the church.  But I like it because the sensation of the building "falling backwards" exaggerates its size and makes it look more grandiose.  Or, as Homer Simpson would say, it embiggens the spirit of the building.
